2009 Voting Documents for Member Review

During the recent NiUG Board of Directors meeting held November 15, 2009, the Board of Directors reviewed the Proposed Slate which was recommended by the Nominating Committee, as well as, reviewed the current Bylaws to ensure they are in line with current operations and governance.  Some changes were recommended for the Bylaws and are now being presented to you for review and to vote on whether you agree or do not agree with the recommended changes.

As the primary contact for your organization, you are being asked to represent your organization in the voting process.  Please review the Proposed 2010/2011 Board of Directors Slate and the recommended Bylaw changes and vote on whether you agree with these changes or are not agreeing with the changes.
