Back by popular demand is our mix-n-match pre-conference training opportunity to fit your needs.  Monday, February 18, we will be offering ½-day training classes on various topics along with an optional full-day training session.  You can register for two ½-day sessions on two separate topics to enhance your learning experience – all for the same price as the full-day training option.  Tuesday will kick into high gear with the start of the NiUG Users Conference offering over 14 selectable breakouts and a sprinkling of general sessions.  This is one conference you do not want to miss, so download the agenda and registration or register online now!

HOTEL INFORMATION:

Accommodations can be made directly with the stately Driskill Hotel in the central historic area of Austin by contacting their reservations department at 512) 474-5911 or 800) 252-9367.  NiUG International has a room block with the hotel, please reference “NiUG International” when making your reservations.  Room rates are $189 /night plus tax.  Make your reservations early, our room block closes on January 25, 2008.

FULL-DAY TRANING INFORMATION:

For those attending the full-day and/or ½-day training sessions on Monday, February 18, these classes are a “show & tell” format, bringing a laptop, questions and an open mind will enhance your learning experience; however, the laptop is not required.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

Included in the price of the conference package are breakfast each morning; as well, lunch will be provided Monday for those attending the full-day training sessions and Tuesday for all attendees.  We encourage all participants to take advantage of these opportunities to network with your peers.

TRAVEL INFORMATION:

For those attendees flying to Austin, the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is the best choice with less than 13 miles to the hotel.  Transportation can be arranged at the airport.  Taking a taxi or shuttle service at approximately $30 for a taxi (one way) or $13.50 for the SuperShuttle one way (reservations are not required) could be just the ticket to get you there.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations must be communicated in writing on or before February 1, 2008 in order to receive a refund.  Cancellations received after the February 1 cut-off, and no shows, will forfeit the full registration amount.
