Dear Prospective NiUG Sponsor:
As NiUG continues to grow from year to year, so will the need for
your organization to become more involved in the NiUG events each
year.
Sponsorship within this organization brings to your company an
ongoing stream of awareness of your products, services and expertise in
the field of iMIS. There is no better way to showcase these
talents than to be an annual or event sponsor of NiUG and showing your
continued support of the product and its users.
We know it is all about the numbers and what it can do for your
bottom line, so how do these figures sound:
- In post conference surveys:
- More than 80% - 90% of the registrants reviewed the onsite
binders which highlight all of our sponsors contact information and
their products and services - - most keeping the information in arms
reach as a reference.
- A major increase compared to 2010 at 75% -- More than 93% of the
attendees visit all of the sponsor tables at some point during a
conference to review products and speak with the AiSPs/Vendors for more
information.
- When asked about the importance of having the exhibit tables at our
conferences, 93% of the attendees ranked it as one of the top three most
important areas surrounding the conference.
When asked about the importance of the exhibitors and sponsors, here
is what some of the attendees has to say!
- "This was my first NiUG conference, so there were a lot of products
that I never knew existed."
- "I didn't know most of it existed. Our own programming staff is
working on things that are already available for iMIS."
In speaking to past sponsors, the feedback I have received about
their participation in the conference has been, "NiUG sponsorship and
exhibiting has been the driving force behind the sales of our products
and services." Another sponsor spoke to me about his first time
attendance and participation as a sponsor and said, "We received several
new sales on our products and you cannot beat that return on
investment."
That being said, NiUG would like to take this opportunity to ask if

NiUG offers two types of sponsorships: annual sponsorship or per
event sponsorship. An annual sponsorship has a cost savings to
your company and allows us to contact your company ahead of others when
planning each conference for input and participation because we already
know that we have your support. Your company will also be
designated as an annual sponsor in the sponsorship materials handed out
to all attendees, confirming your continued support of NiUG and the iMIS
users. An event sponsorship is available to you as well, which
means you are listed as an event sponsor for the specific event being
sponsored. NiUG has these two levels of sponsorship mentioned
above, as well as an "a la carte" approach to add additional
sponsorship and marketing opportunities for your organization.

fill out the NiUG Sponsor Agreement, so please be sure to review
