This workshop will show you how to review your iMIS Customers Module in order to save your users time! We will walk through the system module set-up, creating new fields, activities, learn how to see which fields are being used, and to implement drop down menus.

This is ideal for new iMIS Users, Administrators and those requiring knowledge of how to spring clean your iMIS environment.

Member Engagement with iMIS and Open Web Content Management

This paper presents a case study of how the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) shifted its mindset to focus on web engagement as a critical strategic imperative. This ultimately led the APA to break with tradition and to integrate its iMIS 10.6 database into a platform of rapidly evolving open source and web technologies. iMIS now runs the back end of a much broader web focused strategy.

Membership Types and Categories form the basic structure of the iMIS application and is pivotal in a successful billing process within iMIS. When the application rules for Membership Types and Categories are not followed it can impact significantly on many areas but most importantly the  Billing of your Membership. 

This presentation will showcase the process that they Royal Australian New Zealand College of Psychiatry used for reviewing Membership Types and Categories so that they could get the best out of their iMIS investment.

Forms, Forms, Forms – the easy way

The Application Manager module from Fisher Technology fills an important gap in the iMIS feature set. This module is used by associations, charities and in particular regulatory organiszations to provide an on-line application and review workflow building and deploying validated forms into iMIS.

Russell Franks, the CEO of Fisher Technology, based out of the UK will be explaining how iMIS integrated forms can be easily produced and will showcase the use of the module for the  National Breast Cancer Foundation based in Sydney.
