Asia-Pacific Chapter Committee Members
|
Responsible for the Asia-Pacific chapter relations and reporting any trends, issues, concerns of the Asia-Pacific members back to the NiUG Board of Directors.

NiUG Officers & Advisory Board
|
The Board of Directors are responsible for: determining the organization's mission and set policies for its operation to establish its general course from year to year, establish fiscal policy and boundaries, including budgets and financial controls, provide adequate resources for the activities of the organization, select, evaluate, appoint and, if necessary, terminate the association management company, develop and maintain a communication link to the community by acting as an advocate on behalf of NiUG, and ensure that the organization's mission, goals and by-laws are being adhered to.

Canada Chapter Committee Members
|
Responsible for the Canada chapter relations and reporting any trends, issues, concerns of the Canadian members back to the NiUG Board of Directors.

Certification Committee
|
Responsible for research and development of a certification program for NiUG, to certify iMIS users on core competencies pertaining to various iMIS modules.
|
|
|
Program Committee
|
Responsible for choosing appropriate class/session topics for our NiUG conferences, developing agenda descriptions and selecting qualified instructors to present the materials.

|
|
Financial Advisory Committee
|
Its purpose is to work with the NiUG Board Treasurer to manage the finances of the association, and to research and advise the NiUG Board on potential additional revenue resources, major undertakings, and the overall financial health of the organization.

|
Membership Committee
|
This committee is charged with generating ideas and implementing programs, services and procedures to enhance the overall benefits of NiUG Membership, attract new members, and retain existing ones.

Nominating Committee
|
Developed to recommend individuals to be nominated to sit on the NiUG Board of Directors and various committees.
|
|
|
Product Advisory Committee
|
Standing Committee to act as liaison between ASI and NiUG to communicate high priority bugs, and requested enhancements on behalf of the user community.

|
Sponsorship Committee
|
Responible for obtaining sponsors for NiUG conferences and reviewing/developing benefits for sponsors.
|
|
|
Technology Committee
|
Its purpose is to manage the NiUG web site and database, and to research and advise the NiUG Board on other application and technologies that we should be implementing to streamline our processes and further the mission of the organization.

Website Redesign Task Force
|
Task force created to redesign NiUG website, give input, make suggestions and assist in development/content where needed.
