NiUG Membership Application & Online Access Form
Welcome to NiUG! Our online application form will allow you to choose whether you would like to join as a Full Member (with access to all NiUG benefits of membership) OR Online Access (which would allow you to take advantage of the 60 day Listserve Trial, give you access to purchase items online from NiUG and receive important news and information from NiUG).
Please make your member type selection below, look up your company name and click on continue, to begin the process. If your company is not listed, click on the checkbox where it states "I do not see my company/organization listed above" then click continue.
If your company is already a member and you would like to be added to the database so you may obtain accessto the listserve, please follow these instructions:
- Click on the appropriate member type radio button, choose your company from the list, and click continue
- Add your name and email and click continue
- Add your title, phone and fax and then click continue
- Verify your information and you will be given a login and password.
You are now signed up on the NiUG listserve!
If when you enter your name, a message pops up that you are already in the NiUG database, please go to the login area and click on the "Forgot Your Password" link to have your login info emailed to you. Or contact the membership department at (866) 301-6484 or email membership@niug.org, for your login information. For more information about the listserve and your listserve preferences, go to the listserve page for details.
If your company is not a NiUG member and you would like to take advantage of the "Online Access", select that radio button below and submit your information. You will be entered into a 60 day trial listserve membership which will give you login access to non-member areas of the website. Once the 60 days has expired, your listserve access will be terminated, unless you choose to join the organization as a full member (your online access to the website will continue). ** Please note: Only ONE listserve trial per company is permitted!
There shall be three classes of membership in this Association: Regular Member (Organizations), Associate Member and Vendor Member. Membership is at a company level and applicable to all organizational staff.
Regular Member (Organizations) - shall be limited to persons or firms who own and operate iMIS systems including but not limited to: professional and trade associations, philanthropic organizations, and association management companies.
Associate Member - Associate membership shall be limited to authorized iMIS solution providers or authorized iMIS consultants.
Vendor Member - Vendor membership shall be limited to persons or firms that offer products or services to the NiUG community that do not otherwise qualify for associate membership.
Regular (Organization) - membership dues are based on how many licensed users the organization has for iMIS (if on iMIS 15 or above it is based on full users) and are as follows:

Associate and Vendor member company dues are $300 per year. Associate and Vendor members enjoy all the benefits of Regular members; however, they are not able to vote. Vendor members also do not have access to the NiUG listserve.
