When is the 2019 NiUG Tech Summit?
Monday, July 15, 2019 and Tuesday, July 16, 2019.

Where is the 2019 NiUG Tech Summit?
The Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center, 6700 N Gaylord Rockies Blvd, Aurora, CO 80019.  For more information, be sure to review the website and the full conference agenda. 

What is the conference schedule?
The conference runs Monday, July 15, 2019 through Tuesday, July 16, 2019.  For more information, download the full agenda.

What is the dress code?
Attire is business casual.  Feel free to be comfortable in slacks, polo shirts, sweaters, blazers, blouses, and, most importantly, comfortable shoes.  We do recommend you dress in layers as temperatures in meeting rooms can vary.

How can I obtain a copy of a presenter’s presentation?
Presentations are available on the conference site a few days prior to the start of the conference.

Will my photo be taken during the conference?
We take photographs during our meetings and events for use in advertising, newsletters, and other promotional materials, including NiUG websites.  By participating in this conference you grant NiUG the right to use your name and photograph for such purposes.

Are conference scholarships available?
Not typically for this conference; however, there is for the Discovery Conference.  The Phil Roberts Memorial Scholarship Program is designed to allow iMIS users – both non-members and NiUG members - to attend the Discovery Conference of their choice - either in the United States, Canada, or Asia-Pacific.  Three (3) recipients will be awarded a scholarship valued at $1,500 including full conference registration and up to $500 in travel expenses.  Learn more & download an application.

When does registration open?
Online registration is open now.  Interested in saving money on registration?  Contact membership and see if we have an speaking opportunities available! 

How do I register online?
Using your personal login and password, log in to the Conference Site .

Forgot your login and/or password?  Use the reset password feature .  If you don't receive an email message, check your spam filter before contacting Member Services at (570) 243-8700, extension 103 or membership@niug.org 

I'm not a member.  How do I register?
If you ever attended a NiUG conference, you already have a login and password.

New to NiUG?  Create a new profile .  If you are unable to create a profile, contact us at (570) 243-8700, extension 103 or email membership@niug.org.  Once your profile is set up, you can continue your registration. 

How do I cancel my registration?
All cancellations require a written request and can be sent to membership@niug.org.  In order to receive a refund (minus a $50 administrative fee), all requests must be received on or before July 8, 2019.  No-shows and late cancellations forfeit the full registration fee.  Cancellation notifications via social media (e.g., posting on our Facebook page or a tweet) are not accepted.

For the cancellation deadline date on a specific event, please refer to that event’s registration form or site. 

How do I change an existing registration?
All registration changes require a written request to be processed and can be sent to membership@niug.org.

What is included in the registration fee?

Your registration includes:
  • Opening, general and breakout sessions each day (registered to attend)
  • Complimentary Breakfast on Monday and/or Tuesday
  • Complimentary Lunch on Monday and/or Tuesday
  • Refreshment breaks (AM and PM)
  • NiUG & Sponsor Networking Reception on Monday evening - please indicate on registration if you will attend.

Will I receive my registration materials in the mail?
No.  Registration materials are available for pickup onsite in the Registration area.
