NiUG Canada 2017 Discovery Conference

Join us as Kori Neill, President and Liz Cripps, Vice President of NiUG Canada kick off our annual Discovery Conference and once again, welcomes the iMIS community to Toronto, Ontario.

The theme this year is - together we can shape our world.

We all know, the Canada Discovery Conference is the central hub for iMIS users to gather, discuss and learn through each other exciting ways to configure solutions. This year's hands on learning experiences and insightful sessions dive into the core features, partner solutions & tools, upgrades and other services we can incorporate into the day-to-day operations of our own organizations.

We encouraged our NiUG Community to drive the content of the conference. And we have to say, wow the presentations are rolling in and looking good. New for this year, we are offering a Technical Users program, Business Users program, 100/200 Specific program, user-based Member case studies and lots more! All with a focus on engagement and hands-on experiences for our delegates.

In this session, we will explore the journey to limit the amount of paper in our organization. The bulk of our new program is an online invoicing system, which allows our members to access their invoices, statement of accounts and receipts. It also has an export feature which can then be used with their accounting software and the ability to pay for their invoices online. We will cover other small changes made which have reduced even more paper and made us a more effective organization. With each product, we will talk about the risks and speed bumps encountered as well as the education and communication plans used during the roll out. We will wrap up with our next steps and questions.
